Developed with world-class athletes and their mechanics, our Race Day Tubeless Sealant provides highly effective puncture sealing performance to riders of all levels during their own race or long distance event.
Our Race Day formula begins with the same proprietary mix in our Original Tubeless Sealant and increases the amount of sealing crystals by 200%. Then, additional XL-sized crystals are added to repair even larger punctures. For best performance, we recommend visually inspecting Race Day sealant in tires every 2-3 weeks to monitor liquid levels.
One liter of Stan’s Race Day Tire Sealant will seal up to 16 tires, consult our sealant volume charts for more detailed guidance. Cannot be installed through a valve–must be installed directly into the tire over the bead.

Excellent Product..!!!
Can't complain it just works!
The first indication that this will plug a large hole is that you can NOT inject this through the valve core. While the flexibility of a tire may affect the size of the hole that can be plugged, a valve is a pretty big hole. As far as plugging holes, I had about a 1/6-1/8" sidewall cut. I put CO2 into the tire and spun it while on its side. It held fine for the remaining 8 miles of riding that day. I replaced the tire, so I can't speak to this being a long-term fix. Race day does dry out much faster than the original, though. Maybe mixing the two would be the ideal option?
Been Using Stan's for years with nothing but luck. Reliable, clean and easy. Love their sealant!
